I don’t think I was even 50 years old + 1 day when I got a text message from my pharmacy telling me I should schedule a shingles vaccination. 💉🤪

Today I had the first of two shots and I could DEFINITELY feel the fatigue. 💀🪦 I had intended to run last night, but thunderstorms wrecked that plan. So, tonight it was, even knowing that it might be rough. Any run completed is a good run.

    @ochaos it sounds absolutely terrible! I will gladly suffer small amounts to avoid it. Seems a no-brainer.

    I got the shakes on the way home and just took my temperature, sure I’d spiked a fever. Nope. Just shaky.
