Knee update.

Saw a physio today. She said I've damaged a cruciate ligament. Says it's common when people start a new sport - like me with .

She's given me some resistance training to do and said crack on with yoga, just not on the knees.
I can walk but mostly rest it, ice it and keep taking anti-inflammatories.

I'm seeing her again on Wednesday for more acupuncture and massage.
