Quick #introduction: I'm Mars (she/her).

I'm a PhD candidate for CSIRO and contract software engineer for the University of Tasmania, where I make software that runs on big radio telescopes! They're kind of a nightmare but I'm deeply passionate about space conservation and the complicated infrastructure needed to make it happen.

Outside of work, I volunteer widely for #SciComm and outreach efforts around #lutruwita / #Tasmania. I'm all about pathways to education, environmental #conservation, #AnimalRights, and #SocialJustice. I vent stupid memes into #PoliTas for catharsis.
