Eviction filings, including in #KansasCity and #StLouis, are skyrocketing despite the better economy. Let's call it what it is. Landlords are price gouging tenants, hitting them with fees, and evicting them when they can't pay. The best solution is to do what they do in #Finland -- give people the housing.
