I have often had my sneakers break at the heel just when they were most comfortable and I had to buy new ones. Since that's not necessarily , I tried to repair them this time .... Worked out well :)

The shoe glue and heel pads/adjustable shoe pads were less than 5€. It takes a while to glue the new heel pad depending on how many screw or spring clamps you use in parallel.

Two clamps, a heelpad and shoe glue.
