Both Shiro and Kaori share with Kan-chan. It is one of her roles in their relationship. Shiro and Kao worry far too much about upsetting or hurting the other. Kan-chan would share with either but especially Kaori.

Ume and Tomo share secrets with each other. Their relationship is probably healthier but not as deep as Shiro and Kaori's. If Shiomi shares her deepest secrets with anyone it would be with Mega an old co-worker via text. She really doesn't have anyone else.
