AlligatorBlizzard,

I’d probably rank the international date line above sand traps, because (I think) more people have seen a sand trap in person and there’s an interesting naval tradition associated with crossing it traveling west.

FunkyMonk,

It was hard to do and took a shit ton of fuel but the Tornado Whales were worth seeing ole sport.

Bach37strad,

Maybe not chasing, but meteor showers are actually a really big deal to ham operators. They cause certain bands to open up allowing us to talk all over the world!

NeptuneOrbit,

I thought “total solar eclipse” would be on the chart. It appears not to be.

Grand Canyon is actually fucking sweet from an airplane. I guess you don’t have to chase it with radios etc but I flew from Denver to San Diego one time and it was amazing from my window seat.

"The International Date Line" makes this one worthwhile.

AFKBRBChocolate,

Okay, but now I want to chase an ice cream truck with a convoy of vehicles…

GoosLife,

“Convoy Lead, this is Echo Three. Visual on Tango Ice at grid two-four-niner by one-seven-five. Heading east on Maple Avenue. Initiating pursuit. How copy, over?”

SkyezOpen,

Neighborhood possums is rated too low.
