Heute war wieder STT - Sauerteigtag. Wie jedes zweite Wochenende. Ich mache immer beide Sorten gleichzeitig frisch. Die Reste werden nach und nach zu Cräckern verarbeitet. Die werden nie alt, die AbnehmerInnen stehen Schlange. 😀

These NL uniforms are absolutely atrocious. Were they designed by three committees: one for pants, one for jerseys, and one for hats?
At some point, someone on the pants committee called someone on the jersey committee. This was their conversation:
Pants: "Hey what color are you all using?"
Jerseys: "Sort of a dark blue, grayish color, almost black."
Pants: "Can I get me something a little more concrete so we can try to match?"
Jerseys: "Nah."
