Gerade 2 talks auf der zu nachgehört. Besorgniserregend:

  • die chines. Regierung hat vor einigen Jahren mandatiert, dass alle zuerst an sie gemeldet werden müssen
  • die Meldungen in öffentlichen Vuln. Datenbanken gingen darauf hin stark zurück
  • chin. Sicherheitsbehörden haben eigene Vuln Datenbanken je nach Sektor (IoT, Cars, KRITIS etc).
  • die 0days in den chin. Datenbanken tauchen sehr viel später auch in int. Datenbanken wie CVE auf, dazwischen aber viel Zeit zum exploiten 2/5
  • der chinesische APT haben einen "head start" in der Ausnutzung, bevor die 0days int. bekannt werden 3/5
  • : China verfügt über mehr Ressourcen und Personal im Cyberbereich als die USA + NATO allies "combined" (!)
  • chinesische APT verwenden in den letzten Jahren zunemend
  • chinesische APT machen "prepositioning" in westlichen KRITIS um im Krisenfall diese lahmzulegen 4/5
    Fazit: Das ist extrem beunruhigend
