Republicans for years were saying Roe v Wade needed to be overturned, allowing individual states to set their own rules on abortion (which they didn’t stick to anyway.) Their conservative SCOTUS gave them what they wanted.
Then several red states put severe limitations or outright bans on reproductive rights. Republicans got what they didn't wish for, overwhelming support to keep choice legal. Vote them out.
