Last weekend, I got to try the shaaken beef with Tattooine bounty, which includes peppers, onions and crispy kale, from , a dish that debuted on May 4 this year. The dish was ok, a little salty, which is saying a lot coming from me. I wouldn't order it again. /1

I think this is a terrific vegetarian offering, and I would absolutely order it, especially with the abundance of kale. The question would be how to go about doing that, and if it's available, why isn't it included on the menus in the app?

I don't know which part is supposed to be the "Tattooine bounty" though. Surely not any of the vegetable matter, from a desert planet, so maybe the gnocchi? /5 end

Lunch yesterday was at , and I had the bantha burger. There's the pork belly underneath the angus beef and vegetable patty. I really enjoyed the burger, and the asian-inspired slaw added a nice freshness in lieu of lettuce and tomato, and I liked the kimchi-like bit of heat. Good burger all around.

Been a while since we've done 7am to 11pm in the parks, but May the 4th on a Saturday would be a good day to do it. Spent a lot of time with friends, sometimes just chatting and laughing. Spending hours on - time very well spent.

Waffle fries with chorizo, with a nachos vibe. Ok, that sounds ok. Oh, give it a name so that it's associated with ? Well, ok, then, sold! Yeah, sometimes, I'm one of those people. It was pretty tasty, and the sauce has quite a bit of heat. Very generous serving of waffle fries, so it's very filling.

Our friend with the magic touch got us onto the standby line and into yesterday, and we were able to try the new-to-us drinks. On the left is the Chandrilan chalice with silver sea martini, and on the right is the Chandrilan orb glass with fiery Mustafarian, which was mine. 1/2

I liked the fiery Mustafarian when I tasted it by itself, but I liked it much better with the vial / cylinder of spicy lava syrup that came with it. And we got to keep the vial too. It has some kind of Aurebesh writing on it, but I haven't had a close enough look to see what it says yet. I'll take a gallon of the spicy lava syrup, please. 2/2

They didn't have the poster for the new adventure when I was there last weekend, so I was glad to see they'd changed it out. Thanks to @smartwatermelon for modeling with the poster.

We did differentiate between space whales vs. whales in space a la Hitchhiker's Guide. Because we're geeks who like to amuse ourselves and each other.

For at this weekend, got to ride nine times over two days. Yay, meds! I saw all the new stuff within the first four rides, but then I noticed differences in the two starting scenes, probe droid and Vader. Not sure if those were there before. /1

There's a quest you can currently play in conjunction with at . Pick up your game card with instructions at in , then head to to gather your data, and then return to Tomorrowland to finish the quest and get your reward.

We didn't have a chance to do this yesterday so it will have to wait for another time.

They changed the chicken salad a while ago, but I still like this version - marinated chicken, mixed greens, quinoa-veggie mix, mini peppers, olives, cotija cheese and cilantro dressing.

We also tried the new fried chicken bao at yesterday - crispy chicken bao (the chicken are crispy, not the bao), spicy katsu sauce and creamy slaw. Good texture on the bao, good flavor on the chicken with the little bit of spicy from the sauce tempered by the coolness of the slaw. Really enjoyed this dish too. And thanks for not calling it a bao bun!

We tried the new dewback chili noodles from yesterday - spiced fettuccine noodles, gingered ground pork with broccolini stems, and shredded red cabbage. I really enjoyed this dish and particularly the sauce.
