For #SnowflakeChallenge2024 no. 8 - Talk about a current fannish project:

It's funny because I just mentioned it in an earlier post but my plan this year is to translate the Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Oberstein Side Story stage play

1. It will be a great JP practice
2. Maybe more ppl will get into LoGH IDK

Other than that, maybe actually write more in that LoGH AU I started with a friend.

No. 1 has not started yet but a friend managed to acquire the DVD for me, so hey, step 1, get a better version if it, done (I have access to a copy but it's quite LQ)

For #SnowflakeChallenge2024 No. 7: Make a list of resources, here's a guide to audio dramas in JP!

JP audio dramas
There are two sites with digital audio dramas that I know of and tried:

1. Pokedora: https://pokedora.com/
2. DLSite: https://www.dlsite.com/index.html

You need to create a Club Animate account for Pokedora. Pokedora offers otome, R-18 situational dramas and BL dramas. DLSite has lots and lots more than audio dramas. You want some ecchi R18 manga? They got you. You want absolutely filthy irredeemable trash? They got you! Videos, games, etc. Just... beware that there is no content too degenerate to be listed on here, ahahaha. I can't seem to find a guide on how to make an account on these sites online, so maybe I'll make one later or something.

For today's #SnowflakeChallenge2024, I randomly generated three questions:

1. How many things you currently own do you think you could throw away and not notice a difference in your life?

I guess, physical journals? I read them as pdfs, but idk why the associations I am members of still send me physical journals. The rest, idk, maybe some of the art prints I bought over the years from Artist Alley in conventions. I gave away half my things and threw away a quarter of stuff when I moved, and compared to some people I know, I am pretty minimalist already (except for books but I can't bring myself to throw them away).

2. What's some small thing you recently noticed?
My TL on fedi is a lot more gender diverse (?), than my TL in Twitter in the past. My TL in Twitter was quite heavily ppl who identify as women (cis, trans), but here it's quite different. It's nice, because IRL I do have friends who ID as men and it's weird my online spaces are not like that.

3. What's your opinion on cell phones?
I hate that they keep getting bigger and bigger. I want a cell phone, not a weapon.

I can't remember if I've done an intro post before, but regardless, here's one for #SnowflakeChallenge2024!

I'm Lauren & I go by Lirazel most places online except for Tumblr where I'm queenofattolia. I will answer to Lirazel, Lauren, or Ren.

I'm a queer ace USAmerican cis lady who was raised evangelical & is now converting to Judaism.

In real life, I am an archivist. In fannish life, I am that person who has fanfic for over 60 fandoms dating back to the early 2000s posted on my AO3.

At the moment my main fandom is #CQL/The Untamed, but I am always writing for other fandoms for exchanges. Fandom is my fandom as well--love talking about fandom history, culture, etc.

I hang out a lot on Dreamwidth & Tumblr as well as here, since each site fulfills different needs.

I am super interested in literature, television in any language, history, religion/faith, ace stuff, feminism, unions, anarchism, my never-ending quest to figure out what gender is actually, & other people's passions.
