Last night, I also had from #StudioCateringCo the Asian-inspired street burrito, which included Korean marinated beef, kimchi fried rice with bacon, gochujang, and cabbage salad with almonds and toasted ramen. (The burrito is served whole but I cut it open to show the inside because a picture of a tortilla wrapped with stuff inside would be super boring.) I really enjoyed this with the mix of flavors and textures. #DisneyCaliforniaAdventure
Dinner last night at #DisneyCaliforniaAdventure included me succumbing to trying the char siu-style ribs from #StudioCateringCo for #LunarNewYear with #SipAndSavor . It was really good, and the meat was very tender, and the sauce wasn't too sweet, though I love regular char siu sauce. I also appreciated that they chose meaty cuts of rib. 1/2
I liked the scallions but I'm honestly baffled by the choice to include roasted peanuts on top. The ribs don't need a crunch element, and all the peanuts do is make this an unnecessarily inedible dish for anyone with a peanut allergy. #StudioCateringCo#LunarNewYear#SipAndSavor#DisneyCaliforniaAdventure 2/2
Lunch yesterday was from #StudioCateringCo because I've been wanting the Filipino feast burrito - pork belly adobo fried rice, pancit and lumpia in a warm flour tortilla with sweet chili dipping sauce. It was a combination Filipino plate wrapped in a tortilla, and I was so there for it. Delicious, and I liked being able to spoon the sweet and spicy sauce before taking bites. #HollywoodBacklot#DisneyCaliforniaAdventure#HolidaysBeginHere#Disneyland
