Es steht wieder eine Trainingsrunde an. Derzeit trainiere ich an sechs Tagen pro Woche und komme auf 12 Stunden. Der Samstag ist für längere Ausfahrten reserviert, unter der Woche sind die Einheiten zwischen einer und ein ein halb Stunden lang. Heute wird einfach nur gefahren, es steht kein spezifisches Training an. Gestern machte ich ein Pyramiden Training, morgen stehen 30 Sekunden Leistungsspitzen mit anschließender 10 Minuten Attacke mit hoher Intensität auf dem Programm.
So sieht ein Radweg nachts mit dem SON Edelux II ausgeleuchtet aus. Ich versuche möglichst viel in der Dunkelheit zu trainieren, um mich optimal auf die #Transcontinental vorzubereiten.

Interestingly, he is using #Buffer to crosspost to Twitter and Mastodon … and maybe other services as well. A good choice, you wouldn't want to stop too long to push updates to every social media service there is.
