Presley is getting his full adult plumage and he’s such a stunner. Just like I hoped, that one white feather from when I got him has blossomed into two or three, and his hackles are beautifully orange.

De-boned and stuffed, sous vide and roasted with crispy skin on the outside... It's served with deep fried stuffing, potato gratin, honeyed carrots, cranberry sauce and jus. 💜
