The amazing thing is #DePape AND his lawyer believe the jury will be swayed if they just hear the details of his plan to break Nancy Pelosi's kneecaps and capture and kidnap others. Because that's all apparently legal if you have a plan.
Also, he may not understand, San Franciscans don't consider Nancy Pelosi a villain. He seems to presume they're grateful for what he did. It's him they consider a villain.
