Fuite des #cerveaux : Faut-il #taxer les pays de destination ?
La fuite des cerveaux, particulièrement celle des #ingénieurs et des #medecins continue de poser un défi majeur pour de nombreux pays en #développement et notamment la #Tunisie. Face à cette problématique, une question émerge : faut-il imposer une taxe aux pays de destination, afin de compenser la perte de #talents cruciaux.

Ik vraag me al jaren af waarom voldoende afgesloten vakken opnieuw gedaan moeten worden als een leerling niet voldoende vakken voldoende haalt in het examen jaar.
Waarom niet certificaten voor de behaalde vakken en de niet gehaalde vakken opnieuw ? En eventueel wat extra nieuwe vakken, als de leerling dat interessant vindt? Of een paar gehaalde vakken op een hoger niveau doen?

Don’t get me wrong: for me, this is a moderate inconvenience (barring anything catastrophic, at least). For many, many others, this is a direct threat to their livelihoods.
SCOTUS just made the lives of millions measurably worse.
Did your #education prepare you for #life, for #work, did it #develop your #mind? Or was it just a box-ticking exercise, paying for 4 years just to get a piece of #paper at the end of it?
And, wouldn't it have been easier to get that same piece of paper from a school that wouldn't cost you 20-30-40-50k/year that you didn't actually have to spend?
