On my own last night as dug and partner at friends, but had to be back to feed the Kats and pick up some fresh kit.
So what to have for breakfast (and before my last long run of the month). Looked in the fridge and the all became clear.
Macaroni (a little left over), cheese, onions, chilli’s and sliced bread. And thus was borne the Macaroni Cheese Toastie. Delicious and a great start to the day. Photos censored for the squeemish.
