I've been drinking #matcha every morning for months and I just learned last week that apparently you're supposed to aerate it with a bamboo whisk? Reportedly this step is highly important to produce the desired texture and flavor.
I just want to enjoy my morning grass water, but now I gotta go buy a DLC attachment for it I guess

Someone gave me a smallish tin of matcha. I am really not sure what to do with it, I don’t have the fancy whisky brush. Any suggestions? Can I just throw it in a smoothie? Today we went to d:matcha, a matcha farm in Wazuka, for a tour, picking, tea preparation and tasting. The husband and wife owners were super friendly, and the whole experience was really informative and relaxing.
