The uConsole (https://youtu.be/ikF0pZqpfYw?si=JCZE0lMJhTlA3nJt) isn't exactly what I'd want as a slab terminal but it is close enough that there's no reason other than fun to design and build one. It also directs the Dybo project away from being a modernized Dynabook. If I make it, it will be like my Memex #001, a simulator of a dream that was never implemented. #retrocomputing #dybo #memex

There is so much knowledge circulating on fedi, boosted and reposted in waves, referenced indirectly, but (to my knowledge) not stored anywhere permanent and searchable.

Maybe fedi communities should build wikis.
