Die Menge war gestern übrigens sehr angenehm. Zum einen war es nicht so brechend voll, sodass man noch mehr als genug Platz hatte - zum anderen waren die Fans im Pit nicht auf Krawall aus 👌
The headliners of yesterday's evening were Lorna Shore. They delivered the atmosphere you can expect. Unfortunately, the crowd in the hall was very dense, so at a certain point there was hardly any room to move (or breathe).
No matter - then there was no mosh pit for me. Unfortunately, the live sound wasn't as good as on the album and the violins in the background were barely audible. I was expecting a bit more in this respect. Nevertheless, a performance worth seeing!
The third band last night was Rivers of Nihil. A band that I've enjoyed listening to from time to time for a while now.
I wonder if the other people in the audience were also fans? I am unsure. After two other bands had played beforehand - one brutal, the other fast and hard. Rivers of Nihil didn't really fit the bill for me with their hard yet at times dreamy style of playing... Even if a little breather was quite pleasant :)
