    @SecurityWriter Did you watch Rilakkuma and Kaoru (2019) though? Pokémon Concierge is basically a straight style & vibe transfer from that series to the pokemon universe.

    Looks like only books 1 and 2 for now. But Indigo has listings for books 3 and 4 as well, just "out of stock".

    I wish there was a good way or place of people for me to share my love of various characters and stuffed animals with!
    The Japanese characters are hard to link up with people wise because of language barriers, and on Mastodon I don't see many JP users adding hashtags
    European ones are easier but (SE+DK/FI/NO) and (CZ) have their own language barriers

    It feels a bit pointless to post without knowing if anyone sees it but I hope one day someone does!

    Hard to photograph but it's all in there!

    Kaoru, Korilakkuma, Kiiroitori, Rilakkuma, and Gondola, are all standing in front of Kaoru's apartment building, all hands on their sides, mouths closed flat, looking directly at the "camera" (viewer). Kaoru has brown hair, white skin, blue longsleeve shirt, brown loosely tapered pants, white flat shoes. Kiiroitori is a yellow bird, with an orange mouth, and small hair two piece on it's head. He sits on top of Korilakkuma, who is a white bear with black eyes, pink round ears, and a red button on their chest. Rilakkuma is a big brown bear, with white chest, and yellow round ears. Gondola is a two legged being, with yellow mustache or facial hair, and small black eyes and a small nose above the facial hair. They have no arms, only a a pair of legs.

    Rilakkuma is a very good bear to have to hug when you are crying, because his head is firm, round and big; a nice ball of fluff to wrap around.

    I awoke this morning to find a hundred people camped on the sidewalk because some Japanese cartoon bear is on a "USA tour".

    Many haggard-looking youths in folding chairs (and a couple of inflatable mattress).

    I guess sit-and-lie is cool is you're looking to buy exclusive merch.

    A bunch of people camped out on the sidewalk, looped around the corner.

    There are STILL hundreds of people out there waiting to buy merch here in SF. @luna and I did get to see someone dressed up as Rilakkuma though. She wasn't impressed. I hope that the costume has air conditioning because the sun is really coming down.

    Some dude dressed as Rilakkuma bouncing up and down in SF while Luna, a small white dog, looks on.
