๐๐ญ๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ถ๐ณ ๐๐ญ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ๐ช๐ด๐ฉ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ด ๐๐ถ๐ต๐ถ๐ข๐ญ is a series of paintings created with a robotic pen plotter. The robot follows instructions produced by a generative algorithm that creates a unique output each time it runs.
My works are serial in nature. They are the physical manifestations of the generative programs I create. There is a unique partnership, a transference of powers, when bits of information become paint on paper.
These four paintings are currently available at The Compound Gallery in Emeryville, CA. Each were created with a robotic pen plotter that follows instructions produced by generative algorithms which I designed to mimic organic shapes and behaviors.

A bit more of an #introduction about me.
I like to photograph things then make them into prints. The ones pictured are cmyk screenprints reproduced from photos taken at the CSIRO insect collection. The display is from an art and science group exhibition.
