Well so far it seems a little better than the Fulham game. But Rashford is still a ghost. It shows how much he is not a number 9, he can’t do the dirty work, the hold up play etc, and you can see him getting frustrated again. The circle of life continues. Bring on Maino, for Rashford, stick Mctominay up front. It’s not a great solution either but you can already see him doing that job anyway and Maino would give us better build up play.

This is disappointing, Hoilund is a big miss but I think the majority of the problem is because we are missing Shaw. He has such a massive impact on the team. For one, Rashford just doesn’t work without Shaw backing him up, overlapping giving him options and encouragement.

I think it certainly helps that his team mates finally noticed his presence. For ages it was like they didn’t even know he was there, now they are actually passing to him he is getting chances.

I would have loved to have been in the dressing room that one day mid season when Rashford gingerly leant over to Bruno and asked, “Hey who is that blond guy over there, has he always been here”?

Decent away win against a decent side. Dalot had a great game, he is looking really good recently, he is playing really positive and determined, both at the back and going forward. Can we go on an extended run now? Maybe even get into a positive goal difference!

This really grinds my gears!

One of the things they do that really drives me nuts is when they dig up a junction with road markings, when they tarmac over the bit they dug up they then repaint the white lines, but ONLY on the tiny strip they dug up, leaving the rest of the old faded lines with just one patch of bright white paint on it. Looks ridiculous. Seriously they can’t repaint the entire line!?

Let’s hope so. It has been a bit slower last 10 mins. Hoping they haven’t gone too fast too soon or are feeling comfortable now. We really need that third goal to wrap this up.

Yeah he seems to have made the wrong choice at every opportunity he’s had with shots and last pass.

Would it be crazy to say take him off and bring in Mctominay, he’d inject a little more energy plus can help defend when Wolves come at us last 10-20mins. 😜

Thanks, that was what I was expecting with us in no other comps, but it would be nice to see some kids come on, especially as it looks now like this is going to be comfortable for the players already out there.

That was a cracking goal though, looked amazing first time out, obviously it’s the deflection that made the goal, but fair play to them having a crack, makes it interesting.

I think he has definitely used up all his chances if this is true. We know there is a great player in there somewhere but it’s sad that he’s never really matured into that player he should have been.

Time to cash in as part of a bigger squad rebuild I think.

Why do they refuse to do a Celebrity UK Apprentice? The standard version candidates are all so dull and the same bunch every year.

The Australian Apprentice that Lord Sugar hosted was a brilliant watch. We need that version here!

This is good. One of the reasons we get such shit governments is all the people just voting for the celebrity leader not thinking about the actual policy. If those people can’t be bothered to turn out then we might get more of a percentage of votes coming from people that actually know what they are voting for.

That is a nice sentiment and all, but they are forgetting that the Glazers are still around, lurking in the background and they WILL definitely still be leeching as much money from this investment as they possibly can. They have basically been able to double down by not only being able to steal money from the club without investing anything of their own money, they are now able to steal money from the pot that Ineos has invested as well, and benefit from any improvements they make. Again, all without doing anything or spending any of thier own money! Absolute leeches!

No Hojlund is a major disappointment after he got off the mark last time. Apparently he is ill, maybe a sore throat after all the screaming he did when he scored!

Going to be a tough game, but good to see the Midfield the same, gives a little more confidence.

I was impressed by how many times we managed to recover the ball. I don’t think I’ve seen us that good at it for a while. Chelsea were poor with their passing as well giving us those opportunities. But still impressive. It is just the finishing that continues to let us down.

That is the correct decision. He is not a bad keeper. The defence is letting him down. Bruno was more to blame for the goals the other night than Onana.

We have bigger problems right now than the keeper.

Great, Mastodon is really starting to be able to replace much more of Twitter now. The only thing i miss from Twitter was the local accounts I followed for info, will be a while before they all abandon and move over, but hopefully in the end.

Thats one way to try to paper over the cracks. But we didn’t actually properly win any of those games, we some how luckily managed to just about not lose. We are currently the Frank Drebin or Mr Bean of the Premier League.

I had to stop playing long single player games because of time constraints. Having a full time job and family means little.time remains for free time and that free time is not consistent. So if I do try to start a big new game the next time I find time to go back to it I will have forgotten where the story was, what the controls were and very quickly give up on it and go back to quick pick up and play games.
