Nice relaxing morning today, as I've kept the kids home due to the heat. I need to put a load of washing on asap before it gets too hot to hang it out, do a load of washing up, and clean the coffee machine.

Well, the only thing from the list I've managed is the load of washing ๐Ÿ˜…
I have a good excuse though - the kids asked if we could wash the dog, and since the dog desperately needed a wash and it's rare for the kids to request any activity that doesn't involve screentime, we have washed the dog.
The dog has recovered much more quickly than I will ๐Ÿ’€

Wait mast cell activation can contribute to the degradation of connective tissue??? So you can have ok connective tissue but if you have untreated MCAS for long enough the connective tissue problems can set in later ๐Ÿคฏ

Maxed out at 2000ish in both classrooms, definitely not acceptable according to our Health Department guidelines here (no HEPA except the portable ones my kids took along)

I have quite a lot of confidence that my eldest can keep himself as safe as possible, but my youngest still does things like lifting his mask up to take a drink while inside, instead of going outside, so we'll need luck as well as effort :/

My two CO2 monitors from CO2.click arrived today, and I love them already! They're much tinier than I expected from the photos (I never check dimensions ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ), and behave much more sensibly than the cheaper ones I bought elsewhere. Customisable alerts so I can turn the beep off and smuggle them into classrooms ๐Ÿ˜Œ
