I stuffed some peppers with brown rice and lentils and simmered in a sauce made from fresh tomatoes, carrots, celery, bell pepper and herbs.

Lots of chopping but definitely worth it. Coated the tofu in extra garlic sriracha and air fried. The dressing was a bit of an experiment as I didn’t quite have ingredients from a recipe I found but it worked well anyway (light soy sauce, fresh lime juice, agave, raw garlic, chilli crisp)

I took a few photos to show the different steps. I cooked the zucchini, carrots and tomatoes in an electric pressure cooker then added lentils, beans, pepper, spices for round two....

Recipe is basically juice of fresh oranges, rice vinegar, soy sauce, frozen veggies, garlic powder, sesame seeds, cornstarch, ginger powder, chili paste, maple syrup. I just mixed and adjusted everything until I liked the taste....

Small Garlic Harvest due to Leek Moth Infestation
We were able to get some garlic after we took preventative measures and cut back the scapes. Only a few of the garlic had apparent damage on them (shown below), but the total harvest was less than we recall planting....

Tomato paste, water, some green beans, a carrot, a mushroom, half a red bell pepper and half a can of corn. Covered in Provençal herbs, pepper and lots of nooch.

I boiled pintos with a bunch of vegetables and seasnings and then did a partial blend. Then I mixed masa into a dough and made small dumplings out of it. They taste like little tortilla cornbreads in the soup....
