Atomic,

And this is why we should be critical to our sources, especially when it’s “some guy on the internet”.

It’s simply not true.

Atomic,

Even then it’s not true. Sweden and Finland regularly trade first place when it comes to coffee consumption per capita.

So that the US sold be in first is just not true. And if I know for fact that’s not true. I have serious doubts about the rest of his claims

Atomic,

When people in Scandinavia says they’re eating Tacos. What they mean is, we’re making and eating burritos.

Atomic,

We did not invent time. Nor did we make it up.

How to work with someone that regularly arrives as the wrong answer?

I work with a person that went presented with a problem, works through it and arrives at the wrong solution. When I have them show me the steps they took, it seems like they interpret things incorrectly. This isn’t a language barrier, and it’s not like they aren’t reading what someone wrote....

Atomic,

intended recipients of the product

Do you mean “the customer”?

The way you communicate (at least in English) is needlessly convoluted.

You already know they interpret your instructions incorrectly. You admitted yourself that, that is the problem. The solution in my world would be to give better instructions.

Atomic,

Maybe people here have actually seen real boobs and not that excited about pictures of someone else’s.

Tends to happen as you grow up and get into actual relationships with women.

Atomic,

Maybe it’s regional or something. I’m in Sweden and my nest have no problems answering questions about the holocaust and will happily quote Wikipedia for anything you ask

Atomic,

Love how people like you have to bring in NATO into everything. As if it has anything to do with Vietnam banning Steam.

Atomic,

What exactly do you think NATO has to do with this situation?

Atomic,

I don’t think you have the slightest clue about what NATO actually is.

Because they have nothing to do with Vietnam choosing to ban steam.

Atomic,

What point is it you think he made clear?

If they want to protect their developers. They would help them succeed on the global market. Make it easier for them to compete.

Atomic,

NATO is a military alliance. Being part of NATO does not grant you any benefits in any market beyond perhaps weapon sales.

Being part of NATO has no meaning when it comes to game development, and sales, global otherwise.

So again. I ask the question. Why do you think NATO has anything to do with the topic?

Atomic,

And what is you think west does that it always has? You can never say anything specific. It’s always vague nonsense.

Atomic,

Ah yes, everyone else fault. Not that you come in here with the dumbest claim, refuse to explain it, and then just try to shit on everyone calling you out on your idiocy.

9 years later, I finally played fallout 4

Having dropped New Vegas in the past due to lost interest, I decided to try this game out finally since a friend of mine was having a fallout 3 playthrough himself. It was it 8 bucks, so I figured why not. I have to say, I put way more hours into this game than both other Bethesda games I’ve played through (Skyrim and...

Atomic,

New Vegas is easily the best Fallout.

4 is a beautiful game. But they’ve dumbed down the entire R aspect of the RPG. Dialog in 4 is a joke.

Atomic,

Yes. He is playing New Vegas. He got confused and called it 4 because it’s the game after 3.

Atomic,

Read his edit.

Atomic,

Yes. Well aware, he gave up to lost interest.

He’s not referencing anything apart from title and edit, he talks about the mods and writes his edit like a tldr referencing the mod again.

But sure. If you say so

Atomic,

I see, i misunderstood then. Sorry

Atomic,

I’ve talked to lots of people who confused fallout 4 and new Vegas thinking 4 was just another name for it.

It’s a common misconception.

Atomic,

Not at all. You can stop being so hostile and angry. I don’t assume OP is an idiot. Or anyone making the mistake thinking NV and 4 are the two names for the same game.

Quite a logical mistake to make seeing as the previous game is called 3.

I do however think you’re an angry little man

Atomic,

“source code inspection.”

Great idea. That way it can be put on pause indefinatly because that shit takes years.

On top of it. You can NEVER be certain anyway because there’s code burnt into the chips that you cannot read.

Atomic,

No. It doesn’t. Exactly. So why are you suggesting source code reviews?

Atomic,

It’s just not the same to review code that runs a slot machine.

And code that runs a whole car.

One of the two is a whole lot more complex and probably had millions of lines more than the other.

I’ll let you guys which is which
