I used Pushbullet to do this for a while. Supports E2EE but I don’t remember if I set it up and how easy it was to do so.

  1. Not sure it will work, at least soon, as not all Desktop add-ons work on Android. Also I feel like some add-ons are useful on Android while not on Desktop and vice-versa.
  2. I have yet to see this work most of the time on Desktop, so I don’t know about Android.

Edit: formatting reset the ordered list index to 1 even though it started at 2

I only played a couple hours yesterday, something like 5 games.

I like the gameplay: it’s relatively simple and for once my skills are not too shitty.

It seem to require quite a bit of cooperation and unfortunately, as I don’t have my group of friends anymore, I ended playing with randos which led to inconsistent games: one game I had a great team, the other we were too scattered to win.

Finally, I have to play a little bit more to form an opinion, but I’m afraid that the gameplay will be a bit too repetitive for me.

J’ai pas les deux derniers 🤔

Ah mais je pensais que ce n’était que des jeux sortis en 2023, c’est pour ça que j’ai autant eu du mal hahaha

I’m afraid that if AI ends up being just a fad, Mozilla won’t be able to recover from this bet.

Story’s good but I found the gameplay lackluster: platforming wasn’t particularly exceptional and the combats felt too repetitive and absurdly hard near the end.

What are you using GitHub on your phone for? The mobile Web UI is good enough for most use-cases, I’m not sure how an Android client would improve the user experience.

The only problem is they broke the iOS Safari extension in an update a few days ago, so searches sometimes don’t use Kagi, but I’m sure they’ll fix that soon.

You have to install the new Kagi extension from the Store

Without Valetudo I wouldn’t have considered buying a robot vacuum in the first place.

The software is mature and the community is available to help new users root their robots. Just do not expect it to work with random robots (stick to supported robots) nor for every feature to be supported.

I strongly advice everyone to read the documentation thoroughly (especially Why not Valetudo and [FAQ] (valetudo.cloud/pages/faq.html)) before getting involved.

You mean the breakout board? You can root with a breadboard but the breakout board is strongly recommended and there are lots of people ready to send you a kit or lend you their board.

Dennis Giese (one of the two people working on Valetudo) is sending PCBs in the US. He even created a form to request a kit: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/…/viewform

It was already bad enough when they advertised for their own shows at the beginning of episodes…

Anyway, I stopped subscribing to Prime years ago, didn’t want to give my money to Amazon unless I have no other place to purchase some items.

Given how lucrative GTA Online is, I doubt they would give up on sales that easily.

Also opening the sources is not that straightforward because of licensing, as they use commercial songs and probably commercial technologies as well.

Mine is Rémi, because when I told my partner the robot’s brand (Dreame) they heard “Rémi”. Since then it stuck.

Great, unless someone reverse engineers WMR into SteamVR, my headset is going to be a paper weight “some time in the future”…

BlackEco,
@BlackEco@lemmy.blackeco.com avatar

Support is unfortunately very limited as of writing

Position: Experimental 6DoF tracking support with external SLAM/VIO systems is upstreamed but still being worked on. Tested with RealSense D455 and Samsung Odyssey+, Reverb G2, Oculus Rift S.

Additional Notes: HMD only, no controllers. Tested: HP Reverb, HP Reverb G2, Samsung Odyssey, Lenovo Explorer, others: maybe.

BlackEco,
@BlackEco@lemmy.blackeco.com avatar

Yeah, but that would be a hassle, I liked the fact that most WMR headsets used inside-out tracking

BlackEco,
@BlackEco@lemmy.blackeco.com avatar

How was it a poor product? By itself, sure, there wasn’t that many VR apps sold on the Microsoft Store, but once plugged into SteamVR, it was another story. WMR offered headsets for every budgets, from the low end to the very high-end and with more flexibility than HTC’s Vive and Valve’s Index.

I feel you, OP: when I started college I was afraid too that I was too bad at math for programming, but it turns out you just have to be good at logic, understanding how things work, breaking down problems and finding solutions, all of which have nothing to do with math ;)
