I don’t write off a whole breed, but I will say that my niece got her face seriously ripped up by a pit bull, and I have a friend who raised a pit bull from a puppy, devoted thousands of dollars and professional hours into her training and socialization, and she still bit someone simply for entering her house. I am leery of the breed.
I’ve definitely turned into the paranoid nutcase within my friend group in recent years, I hate that everything is “smart” nowadays requiring an app/internet connection & account, just to do basic things that didn’t require any of that before....
There is no help for kids whose parents are caught in right wing conspiracy theories and CPS seems to be very hands off with such parents. As far as I’m concerned if you’re an antivaxxer and homeschooling your kids should be apprehended for their safety.
