Just finished a slew of medical tests and the results are in. The doctor says from here on out it’s the Mediterranean Diet for me.

Which means some super big changes. For instance, from here on out only wines from Italy and the south of France. And, grappa instead of gin.

Oh, and it’s time to flip that Cocoon switch and trade in the dead cow for dead cow food.

@Brilliantcrank This last weekend I stopped in my local indi bookshop and they had a small book called Shopkeeping: Stories, Advice, and Observations by Peter Miller (bookseller).

I picked it up as it seemed to cover how to design and run a shop really well. Just the thing for a newstand.

Have you run across the book?

Reading the first couple chapters it really hits the mark and more from what I was expecting.
