Just finished watching the second series of . Can anybody explain to me what the he’ll was going on? The complexity of it makes me think the books are quite brilliant but I’m not sure it works as a TV show. Not the way it’s been done anyway. Thoughts?

American woman living in the UK posted a reel complaining that she couldn't get used to grocery shopping there. she has to shop more often bc fewer preservatives = food gets bad quickly. Her bread got moldy! then, Europeens went ha! USA sucks! now you'll learn how to eat! every day, we buy bread from bakeries that are so traditional that queen Victoria bought buns there. I wanted to give them unsolicited advice to buy sourdough, but it's dangerous to stir bread drama.

I haven't decided yet what happens in the last scene instead.

They added S's voice asking M "please" but she doesn't say it, so they must have had a reason to add that.
Didn't make sense that she asked M to let R go away w Lanfear.
Was she asking her to go and M nodded?
Bc it actually looked like they kinda were on the same page at the end, does S even smiles?

Anyway there's material for fanfics and I'm here for it 🍿

I haven't read the books, so for me it's more important that the show maintains its consistency as a stand alone work.
I think worthwatching works need creative freedom and diff media have diff rules (and budget & time constraints).

So far I like how the show managed to skirt around some trite tropes I gathered are in the books and how it made 3D characters out of what were just sketches in the books etc.
And I really love what I get from costumes, set designs, cast and music 😍

I do have a nice big bawl in my bookcase for that purpose.

What I don't have (since the 90s) though is the portable cd player 😄
Also the earbuds go in my purse 👜😎 why let them loose among cables?

Not a journalist, but as a reader I was recently surprised that major outlets still offer the share button just for tw or fb, and also tw has the old logo...

Might be that they still have contracts standing or there is a do ut des agreement as these outlets are still on those platforms...
Either way it feels weird & retro, from here 😄

Yes, it's different from the "Pacific ring", but there is the african plate pushing north tw the european plate. So all around the mediterranean area (roughly said, it goes in the ME) earthquakes happen quite frequently. Some are catastrophic (remember Turkey last year e.g.), many less, with luck.

In the case of Marocco, the news are all remembering the earthquake in Agadir of 1960 now.

Anyway I gather you're not in the area anymore. That's prob for the better in this moment.
