Anyone knows how long it can take for changes to my #Calckey instance to take effect on other instances? I changed the nyame and icon like 12+ hours ago but so far it seems to not have taken effect yet

I forgot how painful running your own instance is with storage.. this reminds me again that I really have to manage storage correctly and also make sure to keep my eye on it.

Does #Calckey profile bio's have a character limit? I was bored and just setup my own Calckey and made a profile and tried to copy over the bio I have on this profile to my other one but keep getting errors until I cut it in half.

If this is the reason why, can someone tell me where I can change this?

I hate how yoghurt is sour from taste and too sweet from smell that I never know if its passed it by some days or not.
Yes I know it gets chunky when its too old but its not that old yet xD

I'm hosting my own Git instance for a while now (Gitea) and I'm still not sure if I want to have it as my default/main instance or stick with GitHub as my main.

What would you do?
I'm also very curious what self-hosted instances you guys use.

Today, it seems as though the Universe is conspiring against me. Allow me to elaborate: Every time I make an online purchase, some unfortunate incident occurs which prevents me from receiving the item. Either it never arrives, it gets delivered to the wrong address (sometimes in a completely different neighborhood or city), it arrives damaged with no one taking responsibility, and the list goes on. This happens 9 out of 10 times, yet I still persist in ordering online.

Today, I am expecting a delivery from DHL, but unfortunyately, fate has intervened once again. An hour ago, there was an accident just one block away from my house, and I witnessed the aftermath firsthand: a delivery driver was hit. If this isn't sufficient evidence that the Universe is against me, then I fear I may need to be institutionyalized.
