Not from State Farm. Sorry to disappoint. I’m just a half-Iranian American exploring the fediverse. I am interested in science, tech, philosophy, animals, comedy, a wide range of music, and even politics. Though the politics in my country are plain depressing atm.

Reminds me of the premise of We Happy Few. Or maybe Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep since that also had artificial neurotransmitters for mood control.

They are also Voluntary Conscripts which means they actually had a choice between death and serving.

Public transit shuts down in emergencies. What is even the point of this complaint?

Would it be possible to do the other two without RCV? It seems like that would be the most controversial part and will likely kill the bill entirely.

Prototype Water Cannon - CZ Tarantule (1990s) (lemmy.world)

CZ Tarantule was supposed to be used in cases where explosives couldn’t be used due to a high risk of collateral damage. The Tarantule uses a modified .50 caliber blank round loaded from the breech of the 18mm caliber smoothbore barrel to propel the 70ml of water which is poured down the muzzle and sealed in the bore via a...

Don’t bomb disposal squads have something similar?

Jake_Farm,
@Jake_Farm@sopuli.xyz avatar

Hmm, if it is already a thing, why is the Tarantule considered so unusual?

Bug isn’t even a technical term. Lobsters are considered bugs!

They didnt require a psn account for Helldivers 1, I wonder why they thought it would be a good idea now.

I mean it is the smallest aerial vehicle I’ve ever seen.

Maybe a jet pack would be a bit smaller but not by much.

Is there anything stopping AH from Re-releasing a fork of HD2 as HD3 and putting it on Steam without the PSN requirement?

Main question in title. It sounded like the majority platform for the game is PC. What’s stopping the devs from just re-releasing the game on PC without Sony as the publisher? Can the devs just abandon ship and start fresh, but without Sony?

Jake_Farm,
@Jake_Farm@sopuli.xyz avatar

That is likely covered by the contracts they signed.

What are the Old old cult and Franklin?

Jake_Farm,

I got some altcan edibles from vivimu and they seem to work pretty good. They shipped it right to me even though I live in a grey area law wise.

This seems to be almost all Sony’s doing, why do devs even need publishers? Is it a financing thing, cause publishers are usually ones fucking up stuff.
