I’ve just started reading The Wager. I’m a sucker for ship based media, and I’m hoping this’ll be no exception....

Super niche question I know, but here we are....

Jurassic Park for me. I had an amazing JP jumper when I was like…maybe 6. It was far too big for me but I loved dinosaurs. Naturally this meant I wanted to watch the film because…well I’m 6 and it’s got dinosaurs....

This is something I’ve always struggled with and I think it’s put my daughter in a spot where she’s very reluctant to do anything by herself....

It seems like incredibly bad politics and even worse from a moral standpoint…

I try to keep the two as separate as possible, but I’d be lying if I said I found that easy. The biggest thing for me is faces, I really struggle to envisage the characters how they’re written in the book rather than how they look on the screen.

Morning all. It’s Monday morning which can mean but one thing…What have you been playing this last week?

So I’ve got a friend at work; just turned thirty. He’s perhaps not the smartest tool in the shed, and whilst he does look thirty, I think if we were guessing his age by his level of maturity, we’d place him fairly squarely in the 18-22 age range....

One of my biggest complaints about season one was the constant jumping between time periods. I understand the necessity, given the story that they are trying to tell, but I think it took an awful lot of people out of the show, and made it even harder to bond with those adult characters that are going to be carrying the show...

I feel bad for the fans in Arizona, but I think it’s time. I also think the NHL will be back at some point. They’ll give it another go like in Atlanta, and who knows, maybe they’ll be more successful.

Not sure how important this is to most people, but I’m a bit of a jersey nerd and this has a lot of important information regarding the upcoming switch to Fanatics as the official NHL uniform designer....

For example, switching out the word ‘boot’ for ‘trunk’, or ditching the word ‘rubbish’ for ‘garbage’....

It’s been a fun four years since I last had to have these around the house…but alas it’s time to bring the potty out once more....

Jeff Marek of Sportsnet is always going on about how sports are never better than when you’re 12. And I agree....

Lots of talk across season one about the opening credits. How do we feel about them?...

Hi all, I thought it would be a good idea to do a weekly rewatch (technically starting yesterday Sunday as I’m UK time), and watch one episode of season 1 a week which should lead us nicely up to the new season on 16th June....

My eldest is screaming because she didn’t get as many eggs as she thought she would. Thanks Bluey....

I’m thinking that no, it doesn’t. Which begs the question of why we do it? Is it a psychological thing?

Although not very handy for me because I live in the midlands. I didn’t want to see it anyway. Nope. Looks like another evening of sitting on social media and regretting my life choices. Sigh.
