dumb fucking question but when you're worried about a future event do you like... make a note about when you actually have to start worrying about it in a calendar so you can stop actively worrying about it now? Like "there is nothing you can do until this date so don't think about it until this date"
@RustyCrab When I was in college, I was terrified by the future events, but nothing bad ever happened, I eventually learned that I was pure shit at predicting the future, and have since then often, just forgotten about concerning things in the future.
I recently had one come and go, and I can only laugh, because it took care of itself.
I've already wasted too much of my life worrying about the future, so I push others to abandon the future and forget about it xD
