@Daojoan I already have nearsightedness and have been wearing glasses at a much younger age than my parents did. It’s anecdotal, but I’m sure staring at screens for most of my life is a big contributing factor.
I’m wondering how bad having your eyes on a fixed focal plane directly in front of your face for extended periods of time will be.
So sick and tired of people treating Valve, a business that effectively operates a rent seeking monopoly, as the good guy in gaming while getting repeatedly screwed over by them
And before you ask, no I'm not going to elaborate. My life is difficult enough as is without getting into their actual crosshairs for mouthing off on social media
@eniko I sell physical items that I make and some of the big retailers like B&H also have ridiculous demands like a 30% margin, reimbursements for price cuts, shipping paid by the vendor both ways, etc.
These companies really take advantage of their positions. That’s why I sell direct. I know it’s different for PC games as people just expect you to go with what’s most convenient for them.
