Seriously though I am going to hire a real estate attorney to review everything this title company did. They have made huge glaring errors and I don't trust them.

I am not going to delay the deal, but I will have the title work reviewed because I don't trust them and I refuse to get bitten by it later.

Speaking of women and tools, there was this account I followed on Instagram that I LOVED.

Trans woman who had done home repairs and managed maintenance on large rental properties, if memory serves.

She called herself "Handy Ma'am" and I loved it all. I knew most of what she covered, but she was an excellent teacher, great on camera, and just a lot of fun.

Her information was always correct.

Kinda miss that about Insta.

Well, I called this guy out for incorrect information and fabulism, and he blocked me.

This person IS NOT a journalist, he DOES NOT have good sources or correct information.

How do I know? I checked his garbage against ACTUAL sources, and it does not check out.

My sources? The Ukrainian government.

I don't have MORE information, but I do have BETTER information.
