I was at this show. I was 16 at the time and my friends asked me if I wanted to go downtown to see the band called Pearl Jam. I had never heard of them but said why not. We went down and it was a fun show. They were throwing out demo tapes at the end and I could have picked one up but I passed. I have always regretted that. Also I’m 90% sure I see myself in the crowd . The was super fun to watch and relive
I’m curious about this too. Maybe they are listening with headphones? I have no idea if they make them like this but it seems like an opportunity for white noise machine makers to just add Bluetooth and they would sell more. Maybe?
Covered just 50 miles since I got it but live in a rather tiny town so range is perfect for me. First ebike but plenty of experience carrying a ton of stuff on xbikes, this thing is so rad for my use case
How do you find the strength to go on, day in day out at work? I get up at 6:30 AM. I have a little over an hour commute each day. I work my 8 to 17 job. by the time I get home its around 18:15 so overall I am giving close to 12 hours of my day to work and coming back home I am tired and beaten all I do is shower, cook dinner,...
I had a very similar schedule and commute that I did for 15 years when the pandemic hit. I remote work a possibility for you? One thing I was able to get my managers to agree on during that time was working from home on Fridays. That one day at home and that it was on a Friday made the rest of the work week a little more tolerable

My washing machine is a top loader and has a pause button that will stop the water fill/spin cycle so you can open the door. The washer waits until the cycle pauses completely then unlocks the door
I stopped drinking alcohol some years ago. But I gradually kind of got tired of dealing with the bad feelings (physical and emotional), so I drank less and less....
I’ve slowed way down on my drinking. In fact I have wasted a lot of beer by getting tired of drinking one half way through and dumping it out. A lot of times the idea of a drink ends up being better than the actual drink
I spent a lot of time in physical therapy recovering from a broken femur this year. One exercise they had me do to get the strength back in my knee was to do squats with an exercise ball behind my back leaning against a wall. This took some of the strain off while allowing me to get pretty far down without fear of not being able to get back up. This might be helpful for you as well.
Wisconsin allows this kind of partial veto by their governor. Scott Walker did a similar thing when he was governor preventing schools from adopting energy efficiency for hundreds of years
