On the phone I'm happy with Organic maps: https://organicmaps.app/ you can download the maps, so it works fully offline

Finally looked into that “missing SVG support in php-imagick” warning in I've been having for so many months; interestingly, it's about installing an extra package that php-imagick doesn't list (even in Suggests): libmagickcore-6.q16-6-extra
