Goodreads was where I checked for book recommendations, reviews and tried to keep track of my collection and read progress. Then I moved to Storygraph last year and it has a better feel, but I find the interface lacking.

This month I'm giving hardcover.app a try, already liking the interface a lot more and importing my library went smooth, unlike my move from goodreads to storygraph, but we'll see how it feels in the long term.

Finished my first ever manga.

I had made the attempt to read manga before, but never made it past a few pages. I didn’t like the lack of color, but I’ve learnt to appreciate them being just black and white.

Since I wanted to start slowly I chose a single volume story, instead of trying one with a long or ongoing serialization.

The two lions by Nagisa Furuya.
Found it to be a cute story with cute characters 🧡
