A black metal album (think by a solo artist) that was released in the past 5 years that starts with good black metal stuff but half way transforms into a dark acoustic country/Americana album.
Been wrackng my brain but can't remember the artist or album, so wondering if you guys know what I'm talking about (or if this is more of my madness).

This time it's Sergei Lukyanenko, author of the Watch book series. Who supports war & genocide in Ukraine as well as other anti-Euro things.
