But that’s not automatic or forced. Linux would never automatically update a BIOS.

I think its highly manufacturer dependent but I install BIOS updates from Ubuntu on all my Dells.

The only reason you’ll never know the comfort a woman can bring is because you’re a coward. I’ve seen the fugliest dudes pull 10/10 tail because of confidence and they put themselves out there. I’ve had my share of feast and famine and every time I broke the cycle it was because I needed to work more putting myself out there.

You need therapy and to work on yourself to the level where you can break negative thought cycles you’re doing now. If you talked to your friends the way you talk to yourself, you wouldn’t have friends. Be kind to yourself, take risks, accept failure, expect failure, and keep trying.
