@amdev I'm SO glad that I didn't go with the international TravelPro. The standard one that is just a liiiiiitle over the allowed size is already stuffed to brim with my packing. ๐ฌ
I finally got sick of being annoyed by my crappy old spinner carry on suitcase. It's like one of those shopping carts that has a mind of its own and goes in directions you don't want.
I started shopping for a replacement to bring to Deep Dish.
I disregarded some initial picks because they were bigger than the (USA) standard 22 x 14 x 9.
I finally got around to measuring my current suitcase and it's bigger than 22 x 14 x 9. ๐ฌ
@MuseumShuffle Away makes some really nice luggage. Just got back from Boston and saw Away cases - both carry on and checked. My brother has them and likes them a lot.
It used to be SO EASY to find people that had just landed their first iOS job. We've had so many great speakers at iOS Dev Happy Hour because of that.
It is now SO HARD to find them. If you know of any please give me a heads up and I'll reach out to them to see if they're interested in sharing their stories.
If I ran a website that supported Google-account login, I'd be pretty pissed at how they're suddenly putting up an obnoxious overlay over my site's layout.
Why is this not bothering more people? Does anyone give a shit about their websites anymore?
There are all these great looking shows on Apple TV that I haven't seen and I'm seriously contemplating rewatching Severance again before my free trial runs out.
Letโs (try to) crowdsource the names of the original #iPhone#AppStore apps and games!
Iโm writing a piece on the App Store turning 15, and I couldnโt find a list of the original ~500 App Store apps and games from 11 July 2008, which I thought was strange. @jamesthomson, whose PCalc was there from the start, suggested we might be able to crowdsource this, for posterity and future research.
