Finished Jordan Mechner's graphic memoir "Replay". It was great. I'm interested in personal stories, memoirs of people who lived through WWII, and gamedev, so I was basically the target audience for it. 👍

I dislike Tomb Raider games. I will eventually buy the remastered trilogy just so I can confirm that after all these years I still dislike them. 😅

I last played them half of my life ago. My memories of them seem to be fairly clear, but I'm a different person now. Who knows? Maybe I'll discover something appealing about them. Could happen. 🤷‍♂️

Has this ever happened to you? As in you've grown to enjoy a game years after you originally disliked it? 🤔

@dosnostalgic my dad is a diehard fan of the franchise, but I couldn't really get into it myself. I respect the franchise for being so popular, though maybe it's just too long winded for me?

@n3wjack Windows for me. Has its flaws, but I'm used to it, and runs all of what I need. I've been doing Windows since 3.1, and have dabbled in MacOS as well.

@dosnostalgic I sometimes love going to films with full audience participation (especially the excited Force Awakens and Endgame crowds, and singing and dancing to Taylor Swift's Eras film), but i get that it wouldn't be for everyone. I hate it when it isn't prompted well!

A Python textbook that I got for my upcoming class. I like how concise the info presentation is, and how it has a whole section for game making.

Really, every intro to whatever language book should have some chapter or section on how to make a game.

@dancinyogi I used to be on the right-libertarian wing, so I voted for multiple Republicans (and a few Dems, including OBAMNA in 2008), but I haven't voted Republican since 2014, and don't ever plan on it again.

With the new black and white thermal printer I purchased, I made some stickers for my vinyl box.

I did mostly gaming themed ones, with games like GrimGrimoire, Command and Conquer, and Dune II represented. I'm having too much fun with this gadget.

Earlier today, I got a cheap handheld thermal printer, and I'm already having a lot of fun with it!

It reminds me a lot of the old Game Boy Printer. The quality is a bit faded, but still alright for twenty bucks. Do any of y'all have a printer like this?
