Good morning friends! I’m still fairly new to 3D printing, although I’m learning a lot more to be dangerous now. I’m printing this part, and I have cleaned and leveled the bed, as I do before every print, and usually have very few issues. This time, my first layer went down almost perfect, with the exception of the bottom...
Nope, look at it blown up Nozzel is way too high You can see the bed through the lines Plus you have a few broken lines, likely lifted as the extrusion is to far from the bed The lines need to be short and wide not tall and thin
Hey 3dprinting! I want to buy a 3d printer for my little sister for Christmas. She’s big into cosplay and engineering. I expect her to make props/and little container for things. Nothing crazy. I was looking at the ender 3 models but was unsure if that was the right pick. Just wanted to know if you had any advice. Budget is...
If you read the religious texts and are familiar with the oral scriptures there you go Though those views mainly only exist in communities of Orthodox Jewish sects that dedicate their lives to religious studies
Light would still bend the same way near the black hole The radial acceleration of the spin would act against the gravity of the mass at the equator mostly causing a flattening Earth is the same way, wider in the middle than its height due to its rotational velocity Non-spinning black holes are a thought experiment as there have been none found All known black holes spin Gravity does affect Space Thus gravitational lensing and the bending of light plus objects orbiting other objects of greater mass Thus when an object spins it pulls on Space If massive enough it pulls or drags Space along in the direction of rotation, it’s known as Frame Drag This is a measurable effect in the Space around Earth and seen to great effect around black holes
so im a teen with not alot of money but i want to get into 3d printing, another community suggested the ender 3 original. it looks like a solid printer but who know im a noob after all. my budget is around 100$ or less. im looking into making mini figures and painting them or whatever nerdy thing i find. i know the budget is...

Our Universe appears to be expanding and cooling, having originated some 13.8 billion years ago in a hot Big Bang. However, it’s plausible that what we see from inside our Universe is simply the result of being inside a black hole that formed from some parent Universe. If the black holes that form in our cosmos give birth to...

I understand the intent, but feel that there are so many other loopholes that put much worse weapons on the street than a printer. Besides, my prints can barely sustain normal use, much less a bullet being fired from them. I would think that this is more of a risk to the person holding the gun than who it’s pointing at.
Take a look at the WUXN printer Comes fully assembled and ready to go I prefer Open platforms They are far easier to get parts or get fixed when needed There is also the massive amount of waste that Bambu Lab printers make out of their poop shoot to print color
I mean by this, is there any website that with one sign up would allow you to have a matrix account, lemmy account, mastodon account, etc. If it couldn’t be done with just one url it could be made a thing where it would be service.website.tld (so an example would be lemmy.myreallycool.website). Is there anything that already...

If you said "with the Big Bang," congratulations: that was our best answer as of ~1979. Here's what we've learned in all the time since.
