I can't wait for my timeline to collapse when Apple unveils iOS 18 with an OpenAI partnership at next week. And BTW, Ice Cubes will move quickly to iOS 18 only depending on what exclusive features there are!

@alpennec I thought about this, and this is interesting; who knows what device he’ll actually use in the end? I hope we’ll be past the smartphone in this form & shape but I’m not sure anymore.

A feature I'm exploring for @IceCubesApp
Pin people at the top of your timeline (like Instagram stories, etc..), and whenever you refresh your timeline, you can tap on their pictures to see their most recent posts in your timeline context. You can also see their posts only, for example.

@cheeaun @IceCubesApp Interesting, but I think backing it by a server-side list makes it nice so it can be synched easily. But I probably have to generate some weird / unique title then.

@darth Yes, for now, the tipping system covers OpenAI bills & more, so it’s fine. The day it’ll not, I’ll revise.

There is a weird bug on macOS SwiftUI Catalyst: Leave the app run long enough (Ice Cubes is running 24/24 for me), and any windows presentation get laggy. The app just hangs while trying to open a window after running for a day or so.

I got the Steamdeck OLED recently. What an awesome upgrade. But most HDR game's profiles are wrong, dulling the colors.
