Why's mobile data roaming so expensive?

1 MB of data is almost free when you're connected to your local mobile network. And it's EXPENSIVE when you travel abroad. I mean, how expensive can it be to move some bytes around?

When naming files that aren't specifically developer things, do you use underscores/hyphens with lowercase, or capitalization and spaces?

@collin years of using computers taught me to never ever use spaces. Maybe it’s not relevant today but it’s ingrained in my mind forever
