This is probably just another temporary obsession but for the moment I’m happiest when I avoid code and instead spend my work time running cables. Maybe I should’ve been a low voltage contractor or electrician.
@fivey Rocket.Chat should have won over more being FOSS. I'm disappointed there wasn't more push back on yet another SaaS subscription or additional step locking themselves into their existing MS subs. Lots of orgs are being forced to waste their IT budgets on way too integrated SaaS cost inflation instead of improving their core businesses. Good on MS, Slack, and Zoom for returning their shareholder investments though.
