Using arrays as pseudo-objects is almost never the right answer. They're less self-documenting, slower, worse on memory, and more bug prone.

@Crell Ever since freely extendable objects aren't a thing in PHP anymore, associative arrays are almost the only way to parse, store or check schema-less DTO.

@Crell Call it what you will, it is a use case in the outside real world, in handling and dealing with foreign and sparsely documented proprietary systems and software in not only the ecommerce sector, that objects which transfer data from one system to another are often not defined as neat and tidy as architects of programming languages would love to impose upon its users as a paradigm.

Oh, before I forget: no, changing the product for a technicality is mostly not an option.

Die Auslegung, welche politischen Inhalte auf chaos.social ohne CW erlaubt sind und welche nicht, erscheint den meisten völlig willkürlich. Ein unpolitisches Chaos gibt es jedenfalls nicht. Einige haben die Instanz wegen der Regeln verlassen, andere - wie ich - posten einfach seltener irgendwas.

@fragdenstaat Dagegen würde ich Organklage beim Bundesverfassungsgericht einreichen. Ein Verfahren kann nicht inhaltsgleich mit einem anderen sein, wenn man nur zu einem eingeladen wird, denn unter der Rechtsfiktion der Durchführung des Verfahrens ergibt sich der inhaltliche Unterschied. Im Umkehrschluss folgt: die Inhaltsgleichheit beider Verfahren wäre nur durch eine schon vor Einladung geplante Nichtzulassung eingetreten. Das Vorgehen verstößt damit gegen Treu und Glauben.

@thunderbird As much as the data itself, is also the transmission under protection of GDPR, specifically whether or not I want to send data, which, in collection, could identify me as a person. It is very similar to ad-tracking technology and multiple regulations require opt-in for these kind of transmissions.

You chose to assume consent on the user's behalf, which is so not Mozilla as we know it. Also, you even violate your own policy.
