The Georgia Court of Appeals has now halted all action on the case until they determine Fani Willis’ eligibility. That ruling may not happen until March, 2025.

Other grand juries, such as for the documents at Bedminster, or the Arizona fake electors, have not been announced.
The E. Jean Carroll trial for sexual assault and defamation where Trump was found liable and ordered to pay $5 million before immediately defaming her again resulting in a demand for $10 million is not listed as it’s a civil case and not a crimimal one. He was found liable in that case for $83.3 million.
There had been multiple cases in multiple states to remove Trump from the ballot, citing ineligibility under the 14th amendment.
The Supreme Court ruled on March 4th that states do not have the ability to determine eligibility in Federal elections.
This actually is an improvement for Biden who had been losing several of these.
If Trump takes either PA or MI, it’s game over. He only needs one of them to win.
After that, Trump needs any 2 of the remaining 4 states to win and Biden needs 3/4.
If Biden takes Wisconsin and Minnesota, and Trump takes Arizona, that means it will all come down to New Mexico and we have ZERO useful polling out of New Mexico, absolutely none.
“The issue, now before Cannon in the Southern District of Florida federal court, is likely to remain in the political debate at least until Cannon holds a hearing on the legal power of the special counsel to prosecute a defendant, on June 21.”

The year is 1970, the war in Vietnam rages on, and the American Legion annual convention is set to be held in liberal bastion Portland, Oregon.
Portland is known for many things, but protesting is right near the top of the list. George H. W. Bush famously called the town “Little Beirut”. The George Floyd protests ran for over 100 days.
Now imagine that town, during the Vietnam war, with an American Legion convention, and the rumor that President Nixon would be attending.
😳
Oregon Governor Tom McCall came up with a brilliant solution… A state funded rock concert, far away from Portland proper, on the same days as the convention.
In the end, over five days, somewhere between 50,000 and 100,000 people attended the festival, barely 1,000 people protested in Portland… and Nixon? Nixon never showed up.
Nobody is going to replace the sitting President as candidate in the next election. Nobody.
The only person who can make that decision is Biden and he’s not budging.
If something happened and Trump were no longer the candidate? Then I could see Biden dust off his hands, go “my work here is done!” and ride off into the sunset, but as long as it’s Trump, it will be Biden.
